A Very Inspirational (and Bunsky) Video

This video has been passed around recently and we think it has a very good message, especially for the students that go to Ex’pression. That’s why The Bunskies would like to share it with you. Hope you enjoy.

Upgrade

Ex’Radio recently upgraded to a Mackie Onyx 820i firewire mixer. Besides looking cool, the tactile control and added functionality is definitely a step-up from our previous MBox2 Pro. Listen for the quality of programming to continue reaching meteoric heights!

Funny Stuff on the Air

Hey guys just letting you know that I’m on here. I’m hoping to get some feedback and requests. I have this thing I call “the list” which is everyone that I have been suggested to play from friends. If you have anyone I should add to “the list“  please drop me a line here or grab me in the hall and I’ll be happy to add them.  Hope to hear from you…..Ryan

Spooktacular

Today we hosted our second monthly membership drive for Ex’Radio. We called it the “Spooktacular” since tomorrow is Halloween. 22 people signed-up to do their own show, so tune in frequently for new voices and content!

New Bunsky Time!

The Bunskies are now moving to Sunday’s @ 8pm! First show will be on August 9th.

We feel this will work better for both of us. Kage has drawing bootcamp next term, so we figured Sunday would be the best day. Also, Larry starts BRP soon.

Have a great break!

Love,

The Bunskies

What’s in the name?

I was contemplating the title of Ex’Radio. You see, I’m signed up for Google alerts and every day or so I get topics on “Ex’Radio”. Although most of the time the results are literally about an ex-radio disc-jockey… as in out-of-work. It’s sad but true when it comes to the current state of radio as we have known it over the past century. Now we have the internet and all of the connectivity it brings, which is good. So… Ex’Radio. Not only does our title reference the unique name of Ex’pression College in all of it’s apostrophe glory- it is also a reference to radio that’s moved on to a new technological medium. Hence, Ex’Radio… get it?

Indie Hour Re-Cap

Today we covered alot of topics. Chris and Pris are working the Ex’pression booth at BFD and are more than excited for it. Also, Pris’ very first article came out today, published in CampusCircle Newspaper. Go to this link and check it out!! http://www.campuscircle.com/review.cfm?r=8798

MerJew Minute: Chris rants about Max(again) and how he takes alternate language Facebook Quizzes. According the Chris, 3 babies die each time Max takes one of the quizzes.

MerJew Minute Part Two: Chris rants about Max being at Ikea and eating the food while taking pictures.

Other Topics: Joe Jonas does the Single Ladies Dance and Pris loved it because not everyone can dance in heels, except Chris, who apparently has the innate ability to not only walk in heels, but to breakdance in them as well. Pris’ was Florida’d by the Dark Romantics, and Chris represent Lujo like no other. The clap track was also hated on today and Pris expressed her love for the people that sport utili-kilts.

You can download the Lujo sampler for free: http://www.lujorecords.com/lujo2009/

KP is also having a party tomorrow, if you want in, contact one of us or just leave a comment here and we’ll let you in on the deets.
